Real assets, within everyone’s reach

Mint splits a building, a solar park, or a business into digital shares. You buy as many as you like and receive your part of what it earns. We take care of the rest.

Start from €1,000
Buildings and projects that used to ask €50,000 or more from each investor are now open from €1,000.
Paid out automatically
Your share of the rent, interest, or profit is paid out to you automatically in EURC, a digital euro. Manage it yourself or have us manage it for you. Convert it back to euros or reinvest it in another project.
Your investment stays separate
Every project sits in its own company (a special purpose vehicle, or SPV), run by the project owner and separate from Mint. Your investment is not tied to Mint.
Lost access? You keep your shares
Your ownership is recorded legally, not just digitally. If you lose access to your account, we can return your shares to you.

Questions we hear most

What does Mint do?

Mint splits real assets, such as buildings or solar parks, into digital shares. Anyone can buy as many as they like, starting at €1,000, and receive their part of the rent or profit.

What is Mintenization™?

Mintenization is a new way to invest in real things. We split an asset, such as a shopping mall, a cargo ship, or a rare work of art, into digital shares, so you can own a piece of it. When the asset earns money or is sold, you receive your share of the profit: what’s left after operating and management costs. For companies, it’s a faster way to raise capital, with less administration and access to private investors worldwide.

What exactly do I own?

A share in the project you invested in. Your shares entitle you to your part of the profit, and of the sale price if the asset is ever sold. Whether you can also vote or advise on management decisions depends on the project.

How much do I need to start?

Most projects start at €1,000. You decide how many shares you buy.

How do I get paid?

Automatically. You link a crypto wallet, a personal account for digital money, to Mint. When the project earns rent or profit, your share is paid into that wallet in EURC, a digital euro that is always worth €1. No forms, no reminders.

Can I sell my shares?

Investments can be purchased back by the project owners, or sold on the secondary market to other investors. Price and sell speed depend on supply and demand.

Is my investment safe?

Every project sits in its own company, separate from Mint, so your investment does not depend on Mint. Like any investment, the value of your shares can go down as well as up.

What if I lose access to my account?

Your ownership is recorded legally, not only digitally. After checking your identity, we can return your shares to you.
