About Mint

In one sentence

Mint B.V. is a European platform that makes ownership of real assets open to everyone: owners raise capital for buildings and clean energy projects, and anyone can invest from €1,000.

In a paragraph

Mint B.V. is a European platform founded to make ownership of real assets accessible to everyone. Through Mintenization, Mint places each asset in its own company, splits it into digital shares from €1,000, and takes care of the legal work, the investor sign-up, and the payouts. Asset owners raise capital from a wide group of investors; investors share in what the asset earns.

What is Mintenization™?

Mintenization is Mint’s way of opening up real assets to investors. Mint places an asset, such as a building, a solar park, or a cargo ship, in its own company and splits it into digital shares from €1,000. Investors own a part of the asset and receive their share of the profit, after operating and management costs, when it earns money or is sold. For owners, it’s a faster way to raise capital, with less administration, from a wide group of investors.

Mintenization is a trademark of Mint B.V. Please write it with a capital M and add ™ the first time you use it.
