Real ownership, open to everyone

Mint B.V. is a European platform founded with one purpose: making ownership of real assets accessible to everyone. Buildings, clean energy, and other real assets have long been open only to people with €50,000 or more to invest. We think that should change.

We do this through Mintenization™. We place each asset in its own company, split it into digital shares from €1,000, and take care of the legal work, the investor sign-up, and the payouts. Your digital euros stay in your own wallet, and we build every project to last, so owners can raise capital and investors can share in what it earns.

Our mission

Our mission is to make funding rounds simpler, more efficient, and more transparent. By combining technological innovation with an airtight legal structure, we take the work off asset owners’ hands and build the future of asset management.
